Jane Watts is general manager, private wealth at BT Financial Group. She has a strong interest in behavioural finance, combining a PhD in Organisational Psychology with a career spent in financial services. Prior to joining BT, Jane was executive director and head of wealth management at Macquarie Bank for eight years with responsibility for a portfolio of businesses including Strategic Financial Planning, Mortgages and Insurance. Jane also has experience leading the retail distribution business at Lend Lease/MLC, providing a range of financial services to more than 100,000 employees of top corporates across Australia.
