He joined Macquarie Private Portfolio Management in August 2001 as an associate director and part of the Investment Committee. At the start of 2007, Damian moved into the role of head of investments and maintains responsibility for the overall portfolio management. Prior to Macquarie, Damian spent four years with Salomon Smith Barney Asset Management working in business development and five years at Norwich Investment Management Limited on fixed income and equity portfolio management.
